The Institution’s Innovation Council and Entrepreneurship Cell at Galgotias University organized a session on “How to Plan Start-up: Legal & Ethical Steps” by Mr. Amit Singal, Co-founder of Startup Buddy and angel investor. He covered legal structures, incorporation processes, and business compliances, highlighting the importance of IPR.
